User Group Meeting Recap: New Features, Updates, and Exciting Roadmaps Ahead!

Thank you to everyone who joined our recent User Group Meeting, whether in person or virtually! We had an incredible time connecting with all of you, gathering valuable feedback, and sharing updates on what’s coming next. In this article, we’ll go over key discussions, insights, and announcements.

Digital Banking and Forge Sunsetting

With Central One’s upcoming sunsetting of Forge, many credit unions will need a new Digital Banking provider. Your feedback on core features—like Multi-Factor Authentication, E-Transfers, and streamlined digital onboarding—helped us outline what a future Infonancial Digital Banking solution could look like. We’re committed to incorporating these insights into a platform designed to meet your evolving needs.

Enhanced Customer Support and Outage Management

Recent outages, including Ontario Ed., highlighted the importance of reinforcing our infrastructure. We’ve replaced aging SSDs, increased server capacity, and introduced daily backups to protect against data loss. All network monitoring is now managed in-house, improving our response times. We’re also thrilled to launch a HubSpot ticketing system, which enables automatic ticket creation whenever you reach out to support@infonancial.com. This system provides analytics, so we can better track and share key metrics for greater transparency. Additionally, our upcoming Learning Management System will offer onboarding and ongoing training resources to assist your teams.

InfoCore Enhancements and New Capabilities

We’re thrilled to introduce a range of new InfoCore upgrades focused on enhancing accessibility and functionality. As we migrate our clients to this new platform, InfoAnywhere will offer a secure, multi-device platform that’s compatible with iPads, and we’ll begin transitioning clients in phases through next year. Coming next month, InfoInsights will provide real-time, customizable visual insights into your banking data, simplifying data analysis and reporting with direct access to essential metrics. Also on the way is InfoDocs, a robust document management tool integrated into the banking system, offering advanced search functionality and no storage limit.

InfoCore Enhancement Timeline:

  • Q4 2024: Release of InfoInsights and InfoDocs

  • Q1 2025: Teller Processing and Master Files interface updates

  • Q2 2025: General Ledger System and Internet Processing interface updates

  • Q3 2025: Launch of InfoAcademy for training

  • Q4 2025: Annual Software Update

FSRA Enhancements and Upcoming Features

Our FSRA EDC module includes six reporting schedules and unique Account ID requirements, allowing users to meet diverse reporting needs. Planned updates will further boost flexibility, with features like mass data imports and FSRA ID Cross-Referencing. Additionally, functionality will be introduced so when a reset is required, manual input fields will be preserved, eliminating the need for re-entry. These additions are designed to simplify FSRA reporting and improve data handling, and we appreciate our users for their inputs during the session to guide our efforts in better aligning FSRA capabilities with client requirements.

Rebuilt on Angular and AWS for enhanced performance, LOS 2.0 will soon include integrations for credit bureaus and e-signatures, making it easier to streamline your lending processes.
