Customer Success
Enhancing Customer Support and Ticketing for Faster Resolutions
We’ve always taken pride in delivering excellent response times in customer service, and we’re continuously looking for ways to improve. Recently, we made a significant upgrade to our ticketing and communication processes to better support you.
Our top priority was to establish a system that not only helps us track support tickets but also builds a knowledge base to speed up resolutions. Over time, however, we found that our previous system, OTRS, was limited, particularly in terms of metrics and insights. Additionally, our general support email was becoming overloaded with non-urgent information, making it harder to prioritize your most important needs.
To address these issues, we’ve transitioned to HubSpot for ticketing and introduced a dedicated support email: support@infonancial.com. This setup automatically generates support tickets whenever we receive an email, streamlining our workflow and ensuring no request goes unnoticed. HubSpot’s flexibility also allows for omnichannel support and seamless integration across platforms, while built-in analytics give us better insights to handle inquiries efficiently.
For urgent matters, clients can still reach us directly by phone, where we minimize the use of voicemail and prioritize swift responses. For less immediate needs, the automated HubSpot ticketing system is helping us organize and improve our processes, so we can serve you even better.
We look forward to continuing to provide fast, effective support and enhancing your experience with Infonancial.
